Chair massage is a fantastic way to relieve neck and back pain quickly. The process typically takes 10-15 minutes and you are seated in a specially designed chair which allows the massage therapist to work on your neck, back and arms.
Chair massage increases alertness, creative thinking and decision making. It is also effective in relieving muscle fatigue and headaches. Another wonderful benefit is that it lowers anxiety. Chair massage is also used to decrease repetitive stress symptoms.
We don't need a lot of room. A 6' x 5' space is adequate for each therapist with their supplies and chair.
That is completely up to you. One of the best things about chair massage is that it can be really effective in a short period of time. We usually suggest a minimum of 10 minutes for events and conventions but we can go as long as you would like and adjust according to the volume. Generally for corporate massage the sessions usually last between 15-20 minutes.
No, however you may be asked to remove a jacket, sweater or jewelry.
